It has 25% chromium, 4% molybdenum, and 7% nickel content, giving it superior performance over other duplex grades. The increased mechanical strength makes ASTM A790 UNS S32760 pipe perfect for extreme environments such as offshore oil extraction pipelines, chemical plants and seawater piping systems. UNS S32750 Tube provides good resistance to pitting corrosion, stress-corrosion cracking and crevice corrosion in chloride-containing solutions. Furthermore, its high yield strength allows for thinner walls making it an ideal choice for lightweight products like handrails or medical instruments.
